Delivery

An overview of our delivery options can be seen here. The available selections for your chosen product(s) will be displayed at the checkout stage. We will contact you by e-mail or telephone as quickly as possible should there be any delay in processing your order.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your labels simply return them within 30 days for a full refund of your total purchase price. Return postage costs will not routinely be refunded. All items should be returned to;

VAT

All prices shown on our website include VAT. A VAT receipt is included with each order, copies can also be e-mailed if requested.

Cancelling your order

If you wish to cancel an order, please advise us as soon as possible after the order is placed. As we work on a very fast turnaround we are unable to stop orders if too much time has passed.
