TERMS AND CONDITIONS Your order will only be despatched on receipt of payment. PAYMENT DELIVERY Each product's delivery time is stated at the point of ordering. GUARANTEE If you are not delighted with your purchase simply return it within 90 days for a full no questions asked refund of your total purchase price. We will also refund your normal postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights. DELAY We will contact you by email or post in the unlikely event there is any delay in despatching your order, when you will have the opportunity of cancelling the order for a full refund, or accepting the delay. CANCELLING YOUR ORDER You can cancel your order by emailing us or phoning us within 12 hours of placing your order. Because we work on a very fast turnaround we are unable to stop an order after this time.
