How do I check out my order?
First view your shopping basket then click on the Click to Check Out button which you will see on the shopping basket page. You will then be connected to our secure server and asked for payment details and delivery address details. If you wish to pay by cheque please see the question below.

Problems checking out?
If you experience any problems checking out please use this form to tell us and we should be able to rebuild your order from our log files. Please print a copy of your Shopping Basket for reference.

Problems with our website?
Please help us to fix the problem by reporting it using this form. If you include your email address we will get back to usually within just a few hours. Up to 24hrs on the weekends.

How do I pay by cheque?
You can only pay by cheque if the delivery address is a UK address.
First view your shopping basket then click on the Click to Check Out button which you will see on the shopping basket page. You will then be connected to our secure server. The first menu to appear asks 'Please select your preferred method of payment' Select 'By sterling cheque' and continue through the check out system. We will proceed with your order upon arrival of your cheque.

What is my guarantee?
We promise to either refund or replace free of charge any product that you order from us which you are not delighted with. We won't argue with you. You can choose whether to receive the refund or a replacement.

How long will my order take?
Delivery times are listed for each product on it's own page. If one item will take longer than other items in your order we will despatch it separately so that you do not need to wait.

Address labels or iron-on tapes ordered using our premium next day despatch service will be despatched separately on the next working day.
